Improved mail notifications in Lifecycle Workflow

On lacking feature in Lifecycle Workflows used to be the option to address other people than the user's manager when sending mail.

I usually set up a reminder before a user's end date is about to occure, to make sure that an incorrect end date doesn't offboard a user by accident.

Previously, the only option was to send the mail to the assigned manager, and this is still a good option. But by addressing this mail to the user, it is more likely an incorrect end date will trigger a response so that it can be handled before the user is offboarded.

You can only address one of the options, so you will have to create multiple tasks if you want to send it to multiple people.

The CC recipients can only be used for specified users, not dynamically.

Lifecycle Workflows is, in my eyes, the weakest service in Entra ID Governance but this as well as some other nice additions are growing on me.

The option to revoke all refresh tokens and the option to schedule removal of access packages are other new additions that improve Lifecycle Workflows.
